Our professional and uniformed maids are trained and arrive with all equipment and supplies to perform the cleaning.
Studio Deep cleaning with 2 Maids 1.5 hours of service $125.00
2 Maids for 1.75 hours of service $145.00
All cleaning supplies provided – additional time, if required will be charged at $35 per every 30 mins. thereafter.
Our Monthly Deep Cleaning Service:
Detailed cleaning includes all furniture dusted, baseboards, blinds, shutters and ceiling fans. Kitchen: We clean appliances in and out, (refrigerator interior at your request) cabinet exteriors, counters, sink, empty trash. Bathrooms: cabinet exteriors, counters, sinks, vanities, mirrors, showers, toilets, and bathtubs. Bedrooms: Furniture is dusted and beds are made. Carpet is vacuumed and floors mopped.
Weekly & Bi-weekly Service:
Weekly & Bi-weekly Service: In the kitchen, we clean the appliance exteriors, stove top counters, sinks, and empty trash. Living room furniture is dusted. Bathroom: We clean counters, sinks, vanities, mirrors, showers, toilets and bathtubs. Bedroom furniture is dusted and beds are made. Carpet is vacuumed and floors mopped. *We customize each service per your request.
Move In/Out Service:
See Our Deep Cleaning above. Note: Cabinet exterior and interior and appliances cleaned inside and out.
Window Cleaning:
Window cleaning requires additional time, and additional charges will apply*. We clean inside and in/out on doors going out to the terrace/patio.
LinensWe can replace linens simply set the clean set on top of the beds you would like changed and we will place the removed linens in the laundry area. On maid service 2.5 hours or more linens and towels can be washed and replaced.
Terrace/Patio Service:
Terraces are swept and mopped inside railing glass (only) cleaned and patio furniture wiped down. Please request when scheduling this service may require additional time charged at $35.00 per half hour if required.
