Our Deep Clean:
Dusting, baseboards, doors and jams, blinds, shutters, window sills/ledges, ceiling
fans and furniture. Floors are mopped using a wet mop, dry mop process. Carpeted
areas are vacuumed. Kitchen countertops, sinks, cabinet exteriors are wiped down
and cleaned. Kitchen stove top, oven and microwave are cleaned in and out and
refrigerator exterior is cleaned. (Interior is cleaned at your request.) Bathroom
cabinet exteriors, counter tops, sinks, mirrors, vanity, toilet, shower and bathtub are
cleaned. Beds are made. Wastecans are emptied.
Our Standard Service:
Kitchen counters and appliance exteriors, microwave cleaned in and out, and
dishwasher is loaded. Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized. Furniture is dusted, carpets
vacuumed and floors mopped using the wet mop, dry mop process. Beds are made.
Wastecans are emptied.
Additional services:
Washing windows and mirrors within reach in and out, patios swept and mopped.
Laundering sheets and towels on site in your washer & dryer. *Additional charges
may apply.
MOVE IN / OUT CLEANING
Maid service "see our Deep Clean above". Note: cabinet interiors and appliances
in/out cleaned. Our flooring technicians arrive when our maids are done to clean
your carpets, tile, stone and grout. Power washing of sidewalks, pool decks, garages
and driveways also available. Move in/out services are normally completed the same
day if scheduling allows.
